LAG
In the very unlikely and unfortunate event that any of the little critters you order from us are dead on arrival (DOA), Biddy Bugs will refund the cost of the animal only, or ship you a replacement with no additional charge. In order to quality for our LAG, the following conditions must be met:
- You must have your order held for pickup. Orders to be delivered to your home or business address will not be covered by our LAG.
- You must pick up your order within 2 hours of its arrival.
- You must report any issues with your order within 2 hours of receiving your package. Email photographs of the carcass to biddybugs@gmail.com.
- If an extraordinary set of circumstances prevents you from adhering to these guidelines, please, please, please let us know! We’re here to help!
In the event that your package is not claimed within 24 hours of its arrival at the pickup location, and you haven’t reached out to us, we will have the package sent back to us. Should this occur, you will not be refunded. Before you can place another order with us, you will have to pay a 5% restocking fee.
At this time, carrier delays are not covered under our LAG.
We reserve the right to hold orders until weather conditions are suitable for shipping.
We are unable to refund shipping costs for any reason.
We will never accept returns that fall outside of our LAG for any reason.
